Hello!! My name is Amanda, Mandy to my family :) I got my Bachelor's Degree in Communications from SUNY Potsdam and for the last three years tried a variety of jobs in PR, Advertising, and the Restaurant Business. After three years of "soul searching" (corny I know) I have decided to enter the Nutrition Field.
In October I will be relocating to North Carolina to obtain a Baking and Pastry Degree in Raleigh! I am super excited and nervous. One day I want to open my own cafe that would only serve HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS baked goods to people. I am sick of going into a coffee shop and having no good options!
I am addicted to food! When I say addicted, I mean I think about it every second of every day. When I eat lunch, I think about what I am going to be having for dinner. My family are all foodies also. We send each other pictures of food and cook as much as possible!! Speaking of family here are some pics!!
